Position: Warehouse Logistics Specialist
Contribute to our plant's excellence by championing inventory accuracy and data precision. As the pivotal point for Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) logistics, your expertise in storeroom processes, ordering, and parts distribution will fuel our operational efficiency.
Expectations:
- Facilitate smooth daily storeroom activities, ensuring seamless interactions among team members.
- Optimize service levels for all storeroom patrons by crafting and analyzing feedback and reports.
- Master the art of SAP purchasing—initiate, receive, and meticulously input materials.
- Captain the kit-up of maintenance materials for various projects and planned activities.
- Embrace finance by maintaining accurate records, from P-card expenses to Basware reconciliations.
- Mentor and guide vendors, ensuring inventory stays optimal and cost-effective.
- Secure, maintain, and improve storeroom protocols, organizing spaces orderly, and generating system reports.
- Manage cross-communication with surveys, telephone, emails, to drive quote accuracy and availability.
- Ensure housekeeping excellence, safeguarding the storeroom's integrity from unauthorized access.
