PacWest Machinery is seeking a Customer Solutions Representative (CSR) to support its construction equipment branches in Spokane, WA. The CSR will be a liaison responsible for managing customer relationships, providing solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
PacWest Machinery provides a full line-up of heavy machinery covering general production, aggregate processing, road, and utility equipment from well-known companies including Volvo Construction, Metso Minerals, GOMACO, Atlas Copco, Tymco, Etnyre, Yanmar and others. Essential Duties:
The successful applicant will support PacWest customers by filling these job responsibilities:
· Grow customer service and solutions business
· Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by focusing on customer uptime and cost per hour
· Support customer optimization and efficiency with operator training and support, CareTrack / ActiveCare Direct, & MATRIS
· Maintain competence in OEM offerings
· Promote & Sell VCE Solutions
· Promote & Sell Extended Offer and Allied Products

Qualifications:
· Minimum of 4 years relevant product experience in same or related industry required
· Minimum of 2 years of Customer Service experience required
· Experience within a heavy truck, commercial, or capital equipment OEM or dealer
· Proven track record of commercial results
· Good organizational and time management skills
· Professional and courteous attitude towards all team members
· Excellent verbal, written and presentations skills
· Analytical mindset with ability to utilize market data to build strategies
· Parts & Service sales competency
· Demonstrates passion for the business with a high degree of integrity, credibility, and confidentiality.
· High School Diploma or GED required; Technical Training or Associates Degree preferred
· Valid Driver’s License required
· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software required
· Proficiency in English; Spanish/French proficiency a plus
· Proficiency in Mathematical skills
