Position Description:
- We seek a passionate and hands-on Leader who thrives on the front lines of patient care and clinic operations. (Internal title is Facility Administrator)
- This is not a “sit-behind-a-desk-and-boss-people-around” role—it’s an active, front-line position where you’ll work directly with patients and support staff in real time and ensure clinic operations run seamlessly.
- This role is not for someone who views front-line duties as “beneath them.” Instead, we’re looking for a leader who values every aspect of patient care/clinical work.
- This role is about leading by example, actively participating in daily clinic activities, and inspiring the team to deliver the highest quality care to our patients.
- The ideal candidate will cross-train in multiple roles, be a floater when needed, and consistently demonstrate that no task is beneath them.

Duties
- You will manage both our Corpus Christi and Victoria, Texas locations.
- Clinical duties: Train to expert level at all 4 Clinical positions, including CS1—pre- and post-procedure recovery, CS2—consults, CS3—first Assistant in Procedure Suite, and CS4—circulator in Procedure Suite.
- Front office duties: Train to expert level in patient registration, insurance verifications, call management, payment processing, and financial counseling at both front office positions, PCC1 and PCC 2. This is the initial point of contact for patients, referring physicians, and visitors.
- Marketing and business development duties: Train with our local Business Development Associate and Marketer to learn how to educate the community, visit Referring Physicians and their offices, and earn their referrals.
- Administrative duties: Lean operations, process engineering, staff scheduling, hours mgmt, staff development, performance reviews, disciplinary action, people mgmt, team building, assurance of excellent patient care and service, continuous volume growth
Location/Travel:
- Locations are in Corpus Christi and Victoria, Texas. 50/50 travel is required to meet full-time hours.
- Occasional travel for training may be required.
Schedule:
- Full-time (32-40hrs per week)
- Monday-Friday, Rotational Saturdays

Required:
- 18-month minimum commitment required
- A customer service-oriented attitude, charisma, and excellent bedside manner.
- Tech savviness
- Meticulous documentation in our EMR is required, so strong English language skills are important.

- Experience with arterial/vascular work preferred
