Paddle Sport Rental Site Manager - Medford Location

• Direct the day-to-day operations of a canoe, kayak and paddleboard rental center.
• hiring, training, and scheduling of seasonal staff,
• overseeing dock staff and rental operation,
• preparing equipment for classes and tours,
• assuring that rental equipment is operational and available,
• maintaining appearance of the facility,
• fostering the highest level of customer service for our diverse clientele,
• ensure company policies are carried out.
  
  

Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Strong customer-service background. Experience in staff management and familiarity with computers. Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of employees, customers, and other business contacts, as well as the outside community, in a courteous and professional manner. Proven experience leading and motivating a team. Ability to work calmly and effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous employment in the boating, ice skating, or recreational industry highly desirable. Must be able to work independently. Candidates should have a current driver's license, safe driving record, current CPR and basic First Aid, and be able to lift 50 pounds. Multi lingual skills are desirable but not required. Pay: $25/hr depending on experience. Full time, year round employment available plus year end bonus and benefits.
