Description
Basic Purpose & Function: To manage the design completion process of specialty media projects. Oversee the graphic design process and finalize the materials to the client's satisfaction.
Duties:
- Work with third party vendors and/or freelancers to carry out design requirements of design project. Project management is the primary requirement of this role.
- Act as the primary design contact with Chamber client to ensure timeliness of project.
- Report status of all projects in process during weekly production meetings.
- Consult with internal salesforce where appropriate.
Qualifications
- Must have strong project management experience
- Must have exemplary organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple project timelines at once.
- Must have a record of meeting project deadlines through team management and personal contribution.
- Background in publishing, marketing, advertising or similar field with strong design skills (Adobe Suite).
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Products. Familiarity with Google Workspace helpful.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
