Role Description
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager/Bookkeeper to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong bookkeeping experience, particularly with QuickBooks Desktop, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage several clients without getting overwhelmed. You will play a key role in ensuring our clients’ financial records are accurate and organized while supporting their unique needs.
What You’ll Do:
• Handle full-charge bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconci
liations.• Manage and maintain financial records in QuickBooks Desktop, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Process payments, prepare invoices, and monitor outstanding balances.
• Create and manage financial reports, including P&L statements and balance sheets.
• Communicate with clients to resolve questions and provide updates on their accounts.
• Ensure deadlines are met for month-end closes, tax preparation, and other deliverables.
• Assist with special projects as needed, such as financial analysis or new client onboarding.
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience: Proven experience as a bookkeeper, ideally in an environment managing multiple clients. Full-charge bookkeeping experience is a plus.
• Skills: Expertise in QuickBooks Desktop is a must. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is also required.
• Organization: A natural multitasker who can juggle priorities and stay on top of deadlines without getting overwhelmed.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
• Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to identifying and solving issues before they become problems.
• Attitude: A positive, can-do mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service.
