Summary / Objective
Join our team as a Title Examiner / Foreclosure Specialist for our Florida office, providing support to our first legal mortgage foreclosure department. In this role, you will be responsible for title examination for the first legal Department, identifying possible title issues, preparing foreclosure pleadings for attorney review, and ensuring compliance with legal and industry requirements. In this role, you will search public records, county property records, and property title reports. This role is vital to the foreclosure process. This team member will support the first legal department and attorneys to meet client expectations and state and federal legal requirements.
Essential Functions .
- Responsible for reviewing title reports in preparation of filing foreclosure proceedings.
- Prepare foreclosure pleadings, including complaints, motions, civil cover sheets and forms for filing initial actions, and summons, with accuracy and compliance for review by attorney.
- Communicate with client(s) in the respective client system(s) and via email.
- Assist with organizing case files and preparing documents as necessary.
- Willingness to learn and the ability to interpret and follow instructions quickly and efficiently.
