As a Janitor, you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness throughout our facility. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for all staff and visitors.   Key Responsibilities:   1. Perform routine cleaning tasks: Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors, ensuring all surfaces are free from dust, dirt, and debris. 2. Clean and disinfect restrooms: Sanitize toilets, sinks, mirrors, and replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper. 3. Empty trash bins: Collect and dispose of waste materials, ensuring proper segregation and adherence to recycling guidelines. 4. Dust and wipe surfaces: Clean desks, tables, chairs, shelves, and other furniture to maintain a neat and tidy appearance. 5. Maintain cleanliness in common areas: Clean and organize break rooms, conference rooms, and other shared spaces. 6. Handle spills and accidents: Promptly address any spills, leaks, or accidents to prevent slips, falls, or other hazards. 7. Restock cleaning supplies: Monitor inventory levels and ensure an adequate supply of cleaning products, toiletries, and other necessary items. 8. Perform maintenance tasks: Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate personnel, such as broken fixtures or faulty equipment. 9. Follow safety protocols: Adhere to safety guidelines, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals, using personal protective equipment, and maintaining a hazard-free environment. 10. Collaborate with team members: Coordinate with other janitorial staff to divide tasks efficiently and ensure all areas are cleaned thoroughly. 11. Maintain records: Keep track of cleaning schedules, inventory, and maintenance requests for documentation purposes. 12. Uphold professional standards: Demonstrate a positive attitude, excellent work ethic, and professionalism while interacting with colleagues and visitors.   Qualifications:   - Previous janitorial experience preferred but not required. - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning protocols. - Understanding of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment. - Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures. - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. - Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks. - Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.   If you are a reliable and hardworking individual with a passion for cleanliness, we would love to have you on board as our Janitor.
