This position supports our Information Technology Operations department.

Potential Responsibilities (and potential training opportunities):
-New PC setup and configuration
-Mobile device setup and support (iOS, Android)
-Active Directory user setup and administration
-Basic user help desk support
-Windows 2016 server support and administration
-Office 365 / Exchange support and administration
-PC hardware and desktop software support and upgrades
-Wide Area Network & Local Area Network Support
-Phone System Support (Cisco VoIP / CUCM)
-System and network monitoring
-Ongoing IT project improvements
-Basic customer/user project requests
Basic Job Requirements:
-Must be a current student (preferably freshman, sophomore, or junior status)
-Excellent communication skills
-Flexible work schedule (Around 20 hours during school, 40 in the summer)
-Basic to moderate Microsoft Office experience (i.e.: Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Experience with Windows 10 operating systems
-Basic PC hardware setup and configuration knowledge
-Ability to document business processes
-Must be able to work independently on trips to outlying locations
