Environment:  This position is in our Wyoming location focused on metals. The manufacturing machine operator will be working with multiple balers to bale metals. It is often loud instead the plant due to machinery. PPE is required such as hard hat, safety glasses, high vis, steel toed shoes, and gloves when needed. This role is inside all day in a plant that is hard to regulate the temperature (it can be hot or cold depending on weather outside).  This is a great opportunity if you are looking to get your foot in the door somewhere and grow your career!  Accountabilities Distinguish between numerous grades and types of materials using basic identification tests according to company standards Perform required bore, during and after-operation user maintenance Monitor equipment, troubleshoot and/or notify management of any malfunctions that occur  Maintain and protect all property entrusted to you in excellent condition  Prepare various documents and reports  Troubleshoot and mechanical diagnosis to identify repair needs such as motors, gearboxes, augers, pulleys, conveyors, and more. Prepare and complete required paperwork  Qualifications:  Six months operating small equipment experience preferred (hilo, loader, forklift, scissor lift) Equipment operation and preventative maintenance knowledge (conveyors, pulleys, etc) Loader operator experience preferred Hilo experience required Good interpersonal and customer service skills Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Accuracy in operation and attention to detail    Be a part of the green movement and join PADNOS today!
