Must be willing to work daily unless taking a day off in advance. Sort, upgrade and process nonferrous material. Operate a forklift and other equipment as needed.  Qualifications for Scrap Scale Associate: Ability to operate and maintain large equipment in a safe manner at all times General understanding of basic mechanical principles Ability to maintain accurate records Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work as part of a team Provide excellent customer service Positive and upbeat with customers and team members A team oriented person.
