Padre Escapes Vacation Rentals - North Padre Island
We are seeking an Office Administrator / Onboarding Specialist to join Padre Escapes Vacation Rentals. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and rental properties. Your primary responsibility will be guiding new property owners through the process of listing their homes and preparing them for rentals. This includes setting up listings on vacation rental platforms, crafting appealing descriptions, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm for a full time position. No health benefits. Must pass a background check. Valid Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and being able to work in the US are required.

Responsibilities
- Manage phone communications with owners, guests, and team members, maintaining professional etiquette.
- Organize and maintain office records to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage company email accounts, responding to inquiries, forwarding important messages, and ensuring timely communication.
- Provide front desk support, greeting visitors and directing inquiries.
- Oversee the onboarding and offboarding process for property owners.
- Ensure properties meet quality standards and comply with local laws and regulations.
- Update and monitor property listings to ensure accuracy across all platforms.
- Handle guest inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues promptly.
- Serve as the primary liaison between property owners and the team, ensuring clear communication.
- Advise on property staging and enhancements to attract guests.
- Manage Airbnb platform, pertaining to the listings, reservations, guest communication, payouts, and support issues.
- Assist with various administrative functions to improve office productivity.
