Position Title: Mortgage Relationship Manager
Department: Consumer Services
Reports To: Director of Consumer and Mortgage Relationships
General Summary/Purpose

A Mortgage Relationship Manager seeks opportunities to expand current relationships and bring new ones to the bank. Each is expected to provide outstanding customer service to our clients by offering solutions to match customer needs. The RM should serve as product knowledge experts for both loan and deposit products and is responsible for fostering an environment that develops and cultivates meaningful and lifelong relationships. A Relationship Manager will perform various tasks related to serving our clients such as originating loan applications, properly documenting approved loan requests through origination, managing existing loan portfolio, issuing adverse actions, onboarding new deposit relationships and various other service-related tasks. An RM must execute with a passion for growth, sincerity for our customers and accountability for each other.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
#1 Provide Personalized Service and
Create Remarkable Experiences Percentage of time: 70%

Business Development - New Loan and Deposit Production
Create a welcoming and personalized experience through multiple touchpoints such as in-person, by phone, via video conversation and by email. Develop a unique approach to each of these touchpoints. Encourage growth by developing meaningful, lifelong relationships. Identify opportunities to improve and create the Paducah Bank experience for each customer. Be accountable and take ownership. Support our company, our community and each other. Maintain complete customer privacy and confidentiality. Provide solutions for new and existing customers. This includes deposits, residential mortgage and construction requests through gathering and analyzing financial information and sharing with centralized areas for underwriting and processing. Solicit referrals from existing customers, friends and family.
#2 Referrals, Expand Existing Relationships and
Identify New Deposit Opportunities Percentage of time: 10%

Maintain current knowledge of loan and deposit products in order to identify potential candidates and to refer sales opportunities to Branch Experience Managers, Personal Experience Bankers, Wealth Management, Paducah Financial Consultants, Treasury Management, and other outside lines of business. Develop and follow systemized on-boarding process to deepen and strengthen customer relationships and profitability.
#3 Miscellaneous Duties and
Portfolio Management Percentage of time: 10%

Work monthly maturity reports, support and offer assistance to the Collections Manager on loan delinquencies, monitor and clear collateral exceptions, monitor construction draws, perform inspections and various other lending related tasks as needed.
#4 Community Involvement Percentage of time: 10%
Each Relationship Manager is expected to serve the Community by serving on outside Boards, active involvement in organizations like the Home Builders Association, AGC, Chamber of Commerce and others.
