Position Title: Private Wealth Support Specialist
Department: Private Wealth
Reports To: Director of Wealth Services
General Summary/Purpose
The role of Private Wealth Support Specialist is to assist Private Wealth Relationship Managers’ loan production and portfolio management. They will also support onboarding of deposit accounts and the overall Private Wealth client experience. The Private Wealth Support Specialist must have a strong ability to multitask. They must prioritize and complete tasks quickly and efficiently with consistent communication and follow up with the RM and clients.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
#1 Loan assistance Percentage of time: 75%
Provide assistance to Private Wealth RM’s in all stages of new loan production
Assist with entering information into the consumer loan, mortgage, and business loan platforms
Submit consumer, residential mortgage, and business loan applications for Private Wealth customers as needed
Collect pertinent documentation and information from clients to assist the loan process
Assist with residential mortgage loan application submission for Private Wealth, collecting and reviewing all necessary information
Interact with Private Wealth customers to collect information needed
Pull credit reports
Collaborate with loan processors, underwriters, and credit analysts through underwriting
Order appraisals and real estate evaluations with appraisal department
Collaborate with attorneys to order title work and applicable attorney prepared documents for commercial loan closings
Post payments and research issues on loans
Monitor construction draws and transfers
Complete advances on lines of credit
Print and assemble loan packages in collaboration with central document preparation and other departments
Notarize documents for client packages
Attend loan closings as needed
#2 Relationship and Portfolio Management Percentage of time: 25%
Open new deposit accounts for Wealth Management Area when needed for loan and client onboarding
Assist RM in client onboarding experience for loans and deposits
Input client meetings, interactions, and tasks into CRM system nCino/Salesforce
Outbound calling to customers and prospects
Develop skills necessary to assume a portfolio of client relationships to manage
Strong outbound calling and communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to resolve issues as they arise as well as completion of tasks
Assist RM’s with addressing exceptions on loans and portfolio
Gather and organize client documents on RM shared drive and loan systems for booking
Assist with underwriting, processing, and documentation preparation of renewals and maturities
Outbound phone calling to customers and prospects
Collaborate with commercial team and Wealth Management team on overall client experience
Coordination of client gifts and promotions for RMs
