Service Coordination: Organize and schedule appointments for vehicle repair and maintenance services in the body shop.
Estimate Preparation: Provide customers with detailed estimates for repair and service costs.
Communication: Maintain open and clear communication with customers regarding the progress and completion of their vehicle repairs.
Record Keeping: Accurately document all customer interactions and service details in the system.
Satisfaction Assurance: Ensure each customer leaves the body shop satisfied with their service experience.
Requirements
Experience: Previous experience in a service advisory role within the automotive industry is preferred.
