We are seeking an experienced Software Solutions Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in evaluating and integrating various software solutions, including but not limited to Microsoft 365 applications and SharePoint Online development. This role will also include supporting M365 applications, providing minor development for SharePoint Online, managing security protocols, supporting the Power Platform suite, and training staff on business solutions apps. Additionally, the candidate will be involved in research and development of new applications and platforms, including AI solutions, to meet evolving business needs
What You'll Do
Evaluate various software solutions and AI technologies to meet business needs and enhance service offerings.
Provide support for Microsoft 365 applications.
Develop and maintain scripts using PowerShell, SQL, JavaScript, and Power Fx to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
Collaborate with PAE's L&D Department to develop and deliver training programs to educate staff on the effective use of business solutions applications.
Manage the adoption of new product releases and updates within the organization.
Participate in the execution of IT Service Management (ITSM) controls (e.g., incident, problem, and change management, including after-hours operations and maintenance as necessary).
What You Bring
Minimum of 3 years of experience evaluating and implementing various software platforms to meet business needs.

The base salary is one component of PAE's competitive compensation package for employees. We take into consideration a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, abilities, experience, education, credentials, internal equity and geographic location in determining exact salary offered. At PAE, roles are eligible for additional rewards, including salary increases and annual bonuses based on individual performance. The above range represents PAE's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
