Demonstrate an understanding of competencies and responsibilities described in the Lighting Designer 1 positionSupport and begin to lead meetings with team members representing PAE under the LUMA brand at the digression of the project leadComplete assigned work on time and delegate basic tasks with instruction from the project leadGuide / lead the design direction of specific spaces in the project at the discretion of the project leadSupport development and production of the lighting control designPeer mentorship of junior staff in design, production and calculationsApply knowledge of lighting calculations, design graphics production, and support mock-upsApply knowledge of basic lighting product specification, creating luminaire schedules and support of advanced product researchBasic technical detailing of lighting systemsDevelop the ability to understand and participate in project design and construction phasesSupport construction phase reviews of submittals and RFIs and attend site visitsParticipate in lighting industry organizations and events to build supporting relationships and knowledgeDemonstrate accountability as an integral member of the design teams in which you are involvedKEY COMPETENCIES & SKILLS :

Hiring Base Salary Range : $55,000-$71,500 annual
This position is eligible for time and a half overtime payRange may vary based on physical location
The base salary is one component of PAE's competitive compensation package for employees. We take into consideration a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, abilities, experience, education, credentials, internal equity and geographic location in determining exact salary offered. At PAE, roles are eligible for additional rewards, including salary increases and annual bonuses based on individual performance. The above range represents PAE's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
