We are seeking a passionate and motivated Marketing Intern to join our collaborative marketing department for a full-time summer internship. As a Marketing Intern at PAE, you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing while working closely with our talented team of professionals. This internship will provide valuable insight into how high performing marketing teams collaborate with stakeholders to win work, enhance business development, and promote a service-based firm across numerous channels.

Established in 1967 and stretching across five offices on the West Coast, PAE provides services in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering, building performance analysis, technology design, and lighting design (LUMA). - Assist in the development and implementation of external marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, email, and social media.
- Support the management of social media accounts by creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activity, and track industry conferences.
- Assist in the coordination of events and other marketing activities.
- Support PAE’s business development efforts and client relationship initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing services department, including organizing marketing materials and maintaining database content (Deltek Vantagepoint).
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (3 rd year undergraduate student preferred).
- Strong passion for marketing and the curiosity to learn.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with technical people and subject matter.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Adobe InDesign is preferred.
- Hiring Base Salary Range:$23.00 Per Hour
