Established in 1967 and stretching across seven offices on the West and East Coasts, PAE provides services in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering, building performance analysis, technology design, and lighting design (LUMA). - Develop relationships with clients and Project Managers
- Expand ability to anticipate the project needs and interpret input from the team
- Develop knowledge of the construction industry
- Provide quality control for project documents for formatting, proofreading, and conformance with PAE's graphical standards
- Facilitate construction administration activities
- Track deadlines, action items, RFIs, submittals
- Assist with project documentation, meeting setup, and deliverables
- Utilize tools within the project quality management plan (QMP)
- Assist with new Project Coordinator mentorship
- Assist with updating master documents
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
- Prefer 2 years of experience in an administrative role, ideally with an engineering firm or other subcontractor
- Proficiency in preparing project deliverables with attention to detail
- Reliable and flexible in style of work
- Strong written, verbal, interpersonal communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize deadlines and tasks with a positive attitude
- Power user of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe In-Design and Photoshop
- Experience with Database Programs
- Team player
- This is an in-person hybrid (50/50) position located in Seattle, Washington
- Hiring Base Salary Range: $53,300-$69,300annual
- This position is eligible for time and a half overtime pay
