The Environmental Service Worker is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and comfortable environment for our patients, staff, and visitors.
This includes tasks such as cleaning rooms, removing waste, and maintaining common areas.

The goal is to contribute to the delivery of excellent healthcare and patient care by maintaining and improving the cleanliness of facilities and patient areas.
- Clean patient rooms, offices, waiting areas, and other parts of the facility
- Sanitize bathrooms, fixtures, and surfaces using appropriate cleaning solutions
- Collect and dispose of hazardous waste following standard protocols
- Perform routine cleaning tasks like mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
- Restock supplies in bathrooms and other areas of the facility
- Follow infection control policies and procedures to prevent disease spread
- Move furniture, equipment, and supplies around the facility as needed
- Respond to emergency cleaning situations, such as spills or biohazardous waste incidents
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met
- Handle and store cleaning chemicals safely
- Comply with all health and safety regulations and practices
