Key Responsibilities:
1. Staff Supervision: Supervise and support healthcare staff, including nurses, technicians, and other support personnel. Ensure proper staffing levels and provide guidance in handling patient care.
2. Operational Oversight: Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
3. Patient Care Monitoring: Monitor patient care, ensuring the highest standards of care and safety are met. Address any concerns regarding patient treatment or conditions.
4. Conflict Resolution: Handle conflicts and issues that arise between staff or with patients and their families. Resolve problems in a timely and professional manner.
5. Shift Management: Coordinate and assign work schedules for the healthcare team, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts.
6. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records related to staffing, patient care, incidents, and any other relevant matters. Report to senior management or department heads as needed.
7. Crisis Management: Act as the primary contact for emergency situations, ensuring that protocols are followed and patient needs are addressed immediately.

Qualifications:
- Education: Associate degree in Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Experience: Five (5) years of clinical hospital experience; Leadership ir supervisory experience preferred
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations.
