- Assist all employees with any computer or IT related issues.
- Create, add and modify user accounts and services across our various cloud platforms.
- Assist users over the phone, in-person, and remotely using multiple platforms.
- Identify, report, and respond to potential cybersecurity threats.
- Performs audits, as assigned by the Director, on key clinical points identified by the Executive Leadership Team.
- Performs personnel functions including on-boarding new-hires for IT Needs
- Identify, troubleshoot, resolve, and document end-user system issues requests.
- Ensure all requests are resolved promptly and with high-quality results.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and meet established deadlines.
- Provide technical documentation for configurations and procedures.
- Supports and promotes Pafford EMS culture throughout operation.
- Open and follow up with tech support from vendors such as internet providers, cloud solutions, consultants, etc.
- Track, route and redirect problems to correct resources.
- Follows up with users as needed to ensure any problems are resolved .
- Working knowledge of computer equipment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PDF Editors and other related
- Multi-task, keep records, and follow specific instructions.
- Effectively carry out assignments, while exercising independent judgment and initiative.
