Vehicle Service Agent

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Vehicle Service Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are cleaned, maintained, and presented in excellent condition for our customers. You will play a crucial part in delivering outstanding customer service while performing various tasks related to vehicle care. Responsibilities

• Perform thorough car washes and detailing services to ensure vehicles are spotless inside and out.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and addressing their needs promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of the service area, including custodial duties to ensure a safe and organized workspace.
• Drive vehicles safely within the premises for cleaning and maintenance purposes.
• Assist with additional services such as window tinting and buffing as needed.
• Conduct routine inspections of vehicles to identify any issues or areas needing attention.
• Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

Experience

• Previous experience in car washing, detailing, or custodial work is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential for operating vehicles safely.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.25 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
