We are seeking a passionate and skilled veterinarian with an interest in business partnership to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously as the responsible veterinarian under the leadership and guidance of an experienced medical director and multiple clinic owner. This individual will be dedicated to delivering exceptional medical and surgical care, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the growth and success of our practice.
About Us:
Page Animal Wellness is in Page, Arizona, located at the gateway to Glen Canyon National Recreation Area in Northern Arizona. We are a small animal focused clinic under new ownership that is dedicated to providing compassionate and comprehensive care for pets and their families. We pride ourselves on creating a supportive, collaborative and professional environment for our staff while delivering top-notch medical and surgical services to our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Perform all required medical treatment and surgical procedures necessary as a general practitioner and the responsible veterinarian.
- Provide necessary urgent care services during clinics operational hours.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with clinic protocols.
- Uphold the clinic values of integrity, hospitality, collaboration and excellence as well as comply with the Veterinarian’s Oath of Conduct.
- Provide leadership in the collaboration with veterinary technicians, assistants, and other team members.
- Pursue excellence through continuous personal and professional development.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or similar degree.
- Active Arizona state veterinary license in good standing (or ability to obtain one).
- Strong interpersonal leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and treating small animals (ideal candidate has a minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience).
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.

- $150,000 - $180,000 base salary (commensurate with experience) PLUS monthly production bonus based on performance.
