Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits.
- Engage in retail sales by upselling and cross-selling products to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Maintain a clean and organized front-end area to create an inviting atmosphere for customers.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize retail math skills to assist with pricing, discounts, and inventory management.
- Demonstrate phone etiquette when answering customer calls or inquiries.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with cash handling processes and point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
