Description
The role of Associate Partner / Partner will be active in winning and undertaking assignments, maximizing personal performance and optimizing our proposition within our CFO practice area in the executive search and senior leadership recruitment space. The Associate Partner / Partner will demonstrate leadership qualities by contributing to enhancing overall business performance and success by leveraging their expertise, handling diverse challenges, influencing both internal and external stakeholders, and addressing business requirements effectively. The Partner has a strong personal brand and a strong level of knowledge, skills and experience within the industry and increasing visibility as a thought leader alongside a strong network of contacts, clients, candidates, executives and industry professionals.
Key responsibilities
- Commercial Performance - Achieve commercial targets and expectations aligned to regional Page Executive strategic objectives. Demonstrate Social Impact through championing our DE I and ESG agenda in processes and insights; and Customer Experience through focus on NPS.
- Direct and practical involvement in revenue generation - Identify and pursue new business opportunities, clients and industry sectors, winning business to refer to team members or other Page brands and delivering against individual revenue goals agreed with their line manager.
- Business Development - Cultivates and maintains relationships with key clients and stakeholders, whilst driving to secure new business opportunities and expand the PE client base. Develop proposals, RFP responses and attend client meetings as required. Incorporate insights on DEI processes and best practices.
