Description
Reporting directly into the leadership team, this Director of Human Resources role will lead with vision, drive innovation, and bring out the best in our people and processes. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and elevate HR practices across our growing manufacturing organization.
In this key leadership role, you'll oversee a talented HR team of six HR Generalists to manage critical systems and programs including ADP, benefits, compensation, payroll, immigration, compliance, and more. You'll serve as a strategic advisor and operational expert, report directly into C-suite, and work closely with cross-functional leaders to shape a best-in-class HR function that supports the businesses goals and people.
Main duties and responsibilities include the following:
- Develop company wide HR policies and procedures e.g. employee handbook
- Collaborate with brokers and vendors to design and administer competitive, compliant, and scaleable benefits programs
- Lead recruitment efforts and support managers in attracting and selecting top talent
- Develop and deliver engaging on-boarding experiences to set new hires up for success
- Manage all employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and 401(k).
- Partner with tech to build and maintain a streamlined, tech-forward HR road map that enhances the employee experience
- Evaluate and enhance current HR systems, tools, and processes to ensure efficiency at scale
- Innovate ways to better communicate and connect employees with HR programs and resources
- Foster a culture of listening and continuous improvement by understanding employee needs and crafting responsive HR initiatives

- Bachelor's degree
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP is a plus
- 10 years of Human Resources experience
- HR leadership experience
- Ability to work in office 3 days/ week
