Our client is seeking an experienced Global Accounting Leader to join their team. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems to ensure compliance with US GAAP standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with experience in leading global teams and implementing financial controls and guidelines. Key responsibilities include providing comprehensive financial updates to executive leadership, guiding financial decisions, and overseeing AP & AR operations. Requirements include a CPA and/or Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business-Related Field (Preferred), Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business-Related Field, 10 - 15 years of Accounting tenure - preferably within the Manufacturing or Consumer Goods Sector, Prior Accounting Team Leadership Tenure Essential, Systems: Advanced Excel, Netsuite or similar, and Strong understanding of US GAAP.
