Description
- Develop and execute innovative social media strategies across various platforms that align with the brand's values and objectives, including crafting the social media content calendar
- Manage all social media channels, including Tiktok, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Create engaging and compelling content, including text, image, and video posts
- Monitor social media trends and analyze campaign performance metrics
- Foster and nurture relationships with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and feedback promptly
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns with overall marketing efforts
- Trendspotting, tracking & analysis of channel performance, and overall platform management
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Head or similar role
- Expertise in social media marketing, relationship management, video editing, and social listening for a consumer tech brand
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, advertising, and digital marketing
- Excellent creative and writing skills
