Position : Mon-Fri / 10 : 00pm-6 : 30am
Begin on day shift, Mon-Fri / 6 : 30am-3 : 00pm, for 2-3 weeks of training, once training is satisfactory, transfer to nights will occur)
Job purpose
The Material Handler operates machinery to move third party material, store, press and mold into bales, sort and reload material per customer orders.
Duties and responsibilities
Control and operate equipment; forklift, skid steers, banding equipment, overhead cranes, balers and front-end loaders, etc
Operate scales and document material appropriately
Monitor Operation : watch gauges, dials or other indicators to make sure machinery is working properly
Follow all safety protocols
Keep work area clean and free of debris
Ride along with company driver, gain an understanding of driver operations and work completed within their daily functions

Qualifications
High School Diploma or General Education Degree
Forklift Experience
Background working with machinery
Attention to detail
Ability to work independently as well as with a team
Dependability to meet deadlines / reliable to be present physically & mentally
Must pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test and agree to agencies drug free workplace policies
