Key Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to complete required tasks and ensure timely delivery of results;
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed;
• Monitor progress and status of pre-inspection and tree work completion;
• Participate in agency meetings and field visits to review VM work;
