Brand Ambassador Job Description
Page Mill Winery is searching for a high energy associate to join our team. Our ideal candidates will enjoy working in a hospitality environment, customer interactions, promoting and selling wines, fast paced situations, and being part of a wonderful team.
Required skills include:
~Consistently demonstrates outstanding customer service skills with poise and tact. Has the ability to delight the senses and provide unforgettable customer experiences for our guests.
~Ability to keep calm under pressure, remain organized and maintain positive interactions with guests, even in busy or stressful situations
~Ability to professionally represent Page Mill Winery when in contact with guests and vendors
~Proven ability to effectively and appropriately communicate with a diverse clientele.
~Ability to manage changing priorities with enthusiasm and flexibility.
~Attendance and punctuality are essential with the ability to work weekend shifts, some evenings and holidays.
~2 years in hospitality and/or sales with good knowledge of wines and demonstrated experience closing sales.
~Knowledge of wine production and/or experience in tasting room sales a plus
~Maintain a high level of relevant Page Mill wine and winery knowledge by remaining familiar with current press information, memos, marketing information and other wine related publications provided to you.
~Highly motivated, self starter able to take direction.
~Participate in company-sponsored wine educational and development opportunities.
~Effectively promote and sell wines and Wine Club memberships to customers and comfortable up selling in a low key manner.
~ Ability to work as part of a team for the benefit of all.
~ Must be 21 years of age or older.
~ Must have RBS Certification (or will be required to achieve it)
~Ability to lift 40 pounds and ability to stand for several hours.

- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with clients and addressing their inquiries about products.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, enhancing customer understanding and interest.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies that drive brand awareness and increase sales.
- Utilize wine knowledge to educate customers and promote brand loyalty.
- Participate in marketing events to represent the brand and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.50 - $25.00 per hour
