Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Per Diem, PRN

Page Rehab & Nursing Center provides exceptional in-house sub-acute rehabilitation and skilled nursing care. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team on a per diem basis.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders for sub-acute rehabilitation patients.
- Develop personalized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support patient care.
- Educate patients and families on treatment options.
- Maintain accurate documentation.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Florida SLP license.
- Experience in a rehabilitation or nursing facility is preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
