Responsibilities The BIM Administrator provides comprehensive office-wide BIM support, plays a critical role in ensuring smooth and efficient BIM processes across projects, and is essential in shaping design technology initiatives in collaboration with the Design Technology team. The position is involved on projects as a project BIM Coordinator for the more complex BIM projects in the office, be responsible for all BIM user and project troubleshooting for the office (managing all local support tickets through the Zendesk ticketing system), providing training and mentoring to project BIM coordinators and model managers, and delivering continuous education through both in-person and online training sessions. Key Responsibilities : BIM Support & Training : Manage local BIM support requests and act as a trusted resource for project BIM Coordinators and Model Managers. Lead ongoing training programs to ensure all users stay current with the latest BIM tools and workflows. Provide thorough onboarding for new users in the local office and act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting requests from project teams. Train users on effective BIM coordination and model management practices for successful project delivery. Educate office leadership on BIM to enable them to lead their teams more effectively. Stay current with emerging technologies and tools, testing and sharing innovative solutions to ensure the team remains competitive on projects. BIM Coordination on Projects : Lead BIM delivery at the project level, managing model production and ensuring that project outputs meet quality standards. Conduct BIM Kick-Off meetings, complete the BIM Execution Plan, and oversee strategic BIM decisions for each project. Collaboration & Mentorship : Mentor BIM team members and provide continuous support, fostering strong relationships with all users to enhance BIM adoption and efficiency across the office, region, and firm. Establish a collaborative and inclusive BIM environment that promotes innovation. The BIM Administrator is a key factor in providing an effective feedback loop of communication within the entire firm. BIM Execution & Quality Control : Oversee and implement quality control procedures for the BIM process throughout the project lifecycle. Work with project managers and discipline leads to align project schedules and deliverables with BIM goals. Technical Delivery & Software Expertise : Provide expert guidance on technical BIM delivery, ensuring smooth workflows and use of software such as Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Rhino, Dynamo, and other design tools relevant to your role. Be a key resource for the team in integrating new technologies and automating tasks to improve efficiency. BIM Execution Plans & Project Set-Up : Review, contribute to, and implement BIM Execution Plans, ensuring alignment with industry standards. Oversee new project model set-up following established project standards and manage the overall BIM process for each project. An expert in maintaining good model health and teaching users how to achieve appropriate model health on their projects to avoid slow, sluggish or corrupt models. Asset Information Management : Manage and produce asset information in line with industry standards, such as COBie, to ensure accuracy and compliance in all project deliverables Qualifications Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities : Expert-level proficiency in Revit and proficiency in other relevant BIM software (e.g., Plant 3D, Rhino, SketchUp, Dynamo, Clarity, Autodesk Construction Cloud). Strong technical understanding of both architectural and engineering systems and workflows, and how to develop Construction Documents. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex design technology concepts to all levels of stakeholders. Demonstrate expertise in managing competing priorities, exercising sound judgment, and maintaining efficiency in high-demand environments. A proactive self-starter, capable of independently developing and executing an organized schedule while remaining productive with minimal oversight. Takes initiative to assess office needs and devise a comprehensive plan for the successful execution of training initiatives. Expertise in developing and executing BIM Execution Plans, setting up new projects, leading BIM Coordination meetings, and maintaining quality control processes while implementing Page's best practices and BIM standards. Software skills preferred - Revit; Autodesk Construction Cloud; Navisworks and other clash detection tools; MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Bluebeam; Egnyte; Clarity; AutoCAD; add-in tools such as Ideate, PyRevit, etc.; Dynamo, Rhino, Plant 3D, and other BIM-related tools. Qualifications & Experience : Bachelor’s Degree is required. 20 years equivalent work experience in architecture, engineering, or a related field may be considered in lieu of degree. 15 years of experience in the Architecture & Engineering industries, with in-depth knowledge of project processes, milestones, and deliverables. 10 years as a BIM leader at a company in the AEC industry providing BIM training, documenting BIM standards, and troubleshooting BIM projects. Experience in engineering modeling, including mechanical pipework, ventilation, lighting, power, and drainage systems (for roles focused on engineering) is required. Experience with asset information management and an understanding of COBie standards is preferred. #LI-EC1
