Responsibilities
- Design of fire alarm and fire suppression systems;
- Review and development of life safety plans;
- Life safety and building code consulting;
- Collaboration with a variety of engineering and architectural disciplines;
- Interface with local AHJs and building owner insurance representatives;
- Development of site fire protection features and fire department access plans;
- Communication with clients and writing technical reports;
- Analysis of smoke management, means egress, and fire hazards;
- Alternative means of compliance & Performance Based Design.
Qualifications
Base Compensation : $90,000-$125,000 (Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skillset, and / or location)
