Responsibilities
- Technical day to day design of Telecommunications, Security and Audio Visual (A / V) construction documents with guidance from senior staff
- Coordinating and preparing schematic design, design development, and construction documents with emphasis on Technology requirements (Telecom, Security, A / V)
- Building an expertise with the latest design software (Revit) and BIM modeling
- Performing site condition surveys
- Reviewing contractor submittals
- Routinely supporting multiple design teams (projects) and delivering results, managing your time and contributions effectively to meet varying deadlines
- Producing quality work using technology and methodologies that create innovative approaches to building design
Qualifications
Base Compensation : $70,000 - $80,000
Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skills and / or location)
