Responsibilities :
We are currently seeking a highly talented and creative Urban Designer / Planner for our San Francisco office. This position has significant growth potential as you collaborate with senior Page urban designers, planners, architects, landscape architects, and other professionals to create integrated, sustainable, memorable, and implementable solutions to complex problems.
- Contribute to a wide range project types and scales for urban districts and neighborhoods, higher education campuses, research and innovation districts, transit-oriented developments, and mixed-use, residential, and commercial developments
- Integrate physical, social, economic, and sustainable factors into responsible designs for our clients
- Prepare clear and compelling visuals for project reports, coordination meetings, public outreach events, and presentations
- Perform tasks in a self-directed manner within an established budget and schedule and manage select project components
- Conduct data research and analyses related to planning projects, such as planning level space analysis or land use development potential
- Coordinate with internal team members and consultants
- Participate in design team presentations and stakeholder engagement
- Additional responsibilities may include narrative writing
