Responsibilities :
We are seeking a Senior Plumbing Engineer to help leading exciting and complex projects.
- Coordinate and prepare schematic design, design development, and construction documents
- Design mechanical systems including heating, cooling, heat rejection, air distribution, ventilation, air conditioning, building automation and controls
- Incorporate sustainable design methods in buildings and prepare green rating system documentation
- Assist in spatial coordination with architecture and other engineering systems
- Deliver projects across multiple delivery models, including design / bid / build, design assist, design build
- Process contractor submittals, RFIs
- Perform on site condition surveys
- Produce quality work
- Provide mentoring and direction to junior members of the project team or engineering discipline
- Use technology and methodologies to create innovative approaches to building design
- Consistently strive to improve technical quality of work product by keeping abreast of new technologies, changes in building codes, and advances in the industry
- Work collaboratively in a cross-discipline environment to produce integrated project documents, and insure integrated design approaches & solutions
- Assist in the procurement of high-quality work; including marketing / proposal efforts and project interviews
- Manage multi-disciplinary teams on projects related to Government, Healthcare, Higher Education and Science & Technology
- Maintain strong client relations as it pertains to project delivery and repeat business
- Perform and maintain thorough QA / QC on all phases of projects
- Participates in recruiting efforts across the firm
Qualifications :
Base Compensation : $100,000 - $150,000
Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skills and / or location)
