Responsibilities
Page's Mission Critical team is seeking a Project Manager for their fast-paced, highly nimble team focusing on projects requiring critical engineering and resiliency at the forefront of technology. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated self-starter seeking progressive challenges who can effectively communicate with a variety of technical and managerial professionals.
In this role, you will manage the design of resilient, cost-effective facilities for sophisticated clients that require highly integrated facilities with top-tier uptime. The role involves client-facing and team-facing responsibilities as well as responsibility to the firm. You will lead an industry-leading, multi-disciplinary design team implementing fast-paced design projects and solving design and construction challenges. This position offers significant growth potential with a wide range of potential future responsibilities and leadership roles.
Responsibilities for this role also include :
- Forecasting and organizing project teams for design, production, and project document delivery;
- Successfully executing projects following Page's and Owner's protocols and procedures to reach the best solution;
- Coordinating with consultants, team members and the client;
- Developing strong client, consultant and collaborator relationships;
- Understanding budget, code, and jurisdictional requirements;
- Providing mentorship and guidance to project team;
- Collaborating on project fee development and project proposals; and,
- Championing quality at every step of the process.
Qualifications
Base Compensation : $125,000 - $155,000
Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skillset, and / or location)
