Requirements:

• Must have either ASC or Michigan certifications
• Automotive Repair and Diagnosis experience required
• Perform factory scheduled maintenance and follow all manufactory repair and diagnostic procedures
• Strong focus on fixing it right the FIRST time and providing our customers with the best experience possible
• Ability to diagnose and repair engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes and AC systems
• Toyota, Lexus, Honda and Acura experiences preferred
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information
• Valid Driver’s license

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and repair orders to ensure customer satisfaction
• Diagnose the cause of any malfunction and perform repair in a timely manner
• Communicate with Service advisors and explain mechanical issues to customers effectively
• Advise Service Advisor and Provide labor and time estimates for additional repairs or extra time needed
• Communicate with the Parts Department to obtain needed parts
• Road-test vehicles to ensure repair has been completed successfully
• Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations in governing service repair work
