Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Final Assembly Technician to join our fabrication team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and preparing our products for shipment, ensuring each unit meets our strict quality standards. This position requires hands-on work, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering a top-tier product to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

· Perform final assembly of carts, accessories, and other fabricated products.

· Work with hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments to complete assembly tasks.

· Assemble and install wheels/casters, ABS plastic paneling, foam/carpet, hardware, and other components according to product specifications.

· Inspect finished products for quality assurance, ensuring proper fit, function, and durability.

· Follow assembly guides, blueprints, and work orders to ensure consistency and accuracy.

· Assist with packaging and preparing products for shipment.

· Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.

· Collaborate with the fabrication team to improve processes and efficiency.

Qualifications

· Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.

· Strong attention to detail and quality control.

· Ability to lift and maneuver heavy materials (up to 75 lbs).

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

· Ability to follow assembly instructions, blueprints, and technical drawings.

· Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

· Experience in mechanical assembly, fabrication, or a related field (preferred but not required).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
