As an Office Administrator, you would be responsible for supporting the office manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office. You would work closely with the office manager to ensure that we are meeting our employees’ needs. Strong bookkeeping/accounting skills are needed as well as confidentiality.
The Office Administrator position is a stepping stone to the Office Manager position. The Office Manager position will be vacant in three years. If the Office Administrator has demonstrated the ability to step into the Office Manager position, it will be offered to the Office Administrator.
Some of the key responsibilities of an Office Administratormay include:
Responsibilities
- Assist with maintaining employee records such as benefits, payroll, reviews and disciplinary action.
- AR - Invoicing, post client payments, and light collections
- AP - Audit, post, & pay vendor invoices weekly.
- Assist in managing the phones.
- Provide administrative support to when needed.
- Assist with human resources.
Qualifications
- Must be a self-starter and driven.
- A college degree preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional demeanor
- Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good decision-making.
- The ability to prioritize tasks.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
