What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Of House Staff/Guest Services position at Pago on Main?
Sugarhouse Station of the Pago Group located in downtown Sugarhouse in Salt Lake City, UT is looking for several front of house staff/guest services applicants to join our team. We are located on 2155 S. Highland Drive. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and a team player.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Our Guest Services position will be responsible to learn all of the listed positions after training is complete. They in turn will have the ability to work at any of the following positions on any given day.
- Runner: Accurately & professionally deliver food and beverage to guests. While also assisting the other FOH positions as needed.
- Cashier: Knowledge of all menus. Ability to efficiently operate our POS system in a professional & courteous manner.
- Busser: Stage, set, buss & re-set the restaurant efficiently. While also assisting the other FOH positions as needed.
- Host: Greet all guests in a courteous & professional manner. Check all ID's upon entry. Understand the floor plan to efficiently seat guests. Execute all reservations from booking to confirmation to seating. Handle all "to-go" orders.
~All FOH staff will be involved in the daily tip pool.
Qualifications
- 2 years experience in the food & beverage industry is preferred but not required.
- Having a positive attitude with the ability to be flexible & adaptable is a must.
- Food Handler's Permit
- Sips & Tips Certification (Must be 21 years or older to apply)
