About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Guest Services Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. You will be the first point of contact for guests, answering their inquiries and providing information about the hotel and local area. Your main goal will be to create a welcoming and positive experience for all guests, leaving a lasting impression of our hotel.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality industry
- Fluent in multiple languages
- Experience with hotel management software
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in process
- Answer guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel and local area
- Assist guests with their requests, such as room service, transportation, and luggage handling
- Resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Skills:
As a Guest Services Associate, you will utilize your exceptional communication and customer service skills on a daily basis.
