PAHI is searching for a professional, motivated, self-starter to fill the role of Product and Logistics Manager. The Product and Logistics Manager will manage the procurement and logistics function from start to finish, starting with the product master, placing factory purchase orders, monitoring the transportation process from the factory to the US port, and managing customs clearance and transportation to our 3PL. This critical role will also take part in the selection process to onboard our third-party logistics partners and will be a core member of the system implementation and integration team. Responsibilities:
- Ownership of the product hierarchy to keep inventory details properly aligned in our system
- Manage product procurement and transportation from our factory partners to the US
- Serve as liaison and manage relationships between PAHI and our logistics partner(s)
- Participate in the development of our ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system (NetSuite)
- Institute ongoing policies and procedures to enable efficient operations and minimize costs
- Test and maintain ongoing system integrations between internal and external systems (Website, ERP, WMS)
- Manage inventory levels vs. forecasted demand
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, logistics or related field (preferred not required)
- Five (5) years experience in purchasing, warehousing and logistics, and transportation
- Experience working with various ERP and/or WMS systems (NetSuite experience preferred)
- Demonstrated operational understanding of purchasing and logistics, preferably in a wholesale, retail, or manufacturing capacity
- Dependable and able to manage time effectively with a willingness to roll up your sleeves
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Teams, Word, etc.)
