Summary:
Responsible for taking food and drink orders in a timely and efficient manner.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Working knowledge of the sequence of service and following it at all times
- Clear, clean, reset and maintains station throughout shift
- Assist other servers as needed to provide excellent service to guests
- Remain knowledgeable of all menu items
- Perform necessary side work
- Maintain designated station by checking for proper table settings and cleanliness, making sure only clean and full condiments are used
- Follow departmental rules to ensure safety, cleanliness and customer satisfaction
- Remain polite and poised at all times when dealing with guests
- Provide outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in a high volume restaurant preferred
- Previous experience working in a team or group environment
- Able to interact with guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Ability to functionally communicate occupational-based English, both written and verbal
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
- Verify right to work in the United States

Physical Requirements
- Frequently lift and/or carry up to 30 lbs. at floor, knee, waist, and chest levels
- Frequently bend, reach, twist, squat, and kneel
