Job Title : Individualized Home Supports Professional (Part-time)
Location : Little Canada, MN
Hours : Mon-Thurs 9 : 00-2 : 00 (20 hours per week)
Pay Rate : $20 / hour mileage reimbursement
Responsibilities :
- Engage in activities that promote independence, skill development, and community integration.
- Assist with personal cares and daily living skills as needed.
- Provide transportation in your own vehicle for outings and appointments.
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment.
- Proactively communicate with the support team, sharing updates, insights, and any concerns related to the individual's well-being and progress.
