Are you an experienced caregiver who is flexible and enjoys variety? PAI is seeking a Multi-Site Float DSP in our Day Program, who will provide support to our four sites in White Bear Lake and Oakdale.
- Work as a DSP across four sites; you may split your time between more than one site on the same day. You will be paid while traveling between sites as well as receive mileage. Ideal for an experienced DSP who likes variety and is flexible.
- Must have at least 4 years of previous DSP experience and be able and interested in supporting individuals with a wide diversity of needs, personalities, and interests including those who need significant physical assistance and/or significant behavioral support.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 33 hours a week (typically between the hours of 7:30-3:30 depending on the week). No need to work evenings, weekends or holidays!

Required:
- At least 4 years of previous DSP or caregiving experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Pass Motor Vehicle and DHS background screen
- Demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills
- Energetic, personable, enjoy trying new things and working as part of a team
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skill to support developmental and emotional needs
