Your Role
We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager who thrives on storytelling, relationship-building, and driving engagement. Your mission? To position Paicines Ranch as a premier destination for unforgettable events, from weddings to corporate retreats. You’ll craft strategic outreach efforts, develop creative campaigns, and spearhead initiatives to elevate our hospitality business while embracing our commitment to sustainability and community.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize bookings and optimize venue usage.
- Build strong client relationships, ensuring a seamless experience from initial inquiry to event completion.
- Oversee negotiations, contract management, and payment follow-ups, maintaining positive client relations.
- Close deals with prospective clients while ensuring profitability.
- Identify new markets and partnerships to expand our reach and revenue potential.
- Design and implement creative campaigns to boost visibility and attract new clientele.
- Manage promotional efforts, including print, digital marketing, and online presence.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to refine messaging and positioning strategies.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence in outreach and client acquisition.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators, refining strategies for continued growth and success.
What You Bring
- Degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Proven success in developing and executing strategies to increase visibility and revenue.
- Experience leading teams and managing client relationships from inquiry to completion.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, audience engagement, and promotional strategies.
