What You’ll Be Doing:
Customer Service:
- Be the first point of contact for clients and provide exceptional customer service. Answer their questions, assist with policy info, quotes, claims, and reviews. You'll be our clients insurance go-to.
- Build lasting relationships with clients and always make sure they feel heard, valued, and well taken care of.
- Respond to calls, emails, and messages in a timely matter, ensuring clients’ needs are always met.
- Assist in processing all things insurance—applications, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations. Accuracy is key!
- Help our agents by keeping client information up to date and ensuring policy details are spot-on.
- Be the backup support for policy updates, amendments, and more. You’re the person who ensures our policies are always in top shape.
- You'll be a key part in keeping the team on track by ensuring smooth workflow and effective communication.
- Assist in onboarding and training new staff members on office processes and customer service standards. A positive team culture starts with you!
- Work alongside the agency owner, agents, and staff to make sure everything’s running like clockwork.
- Ensure that our agency adheres to all the regulations and industry standards. You’ll stay on top of licensing and compliance—leaving no room for errors.
- Maintain your P&C Insurance License and stay ahead of the game by continuing your professional development.
You’ve Got:
- Your Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance License (This is a must!).
- At least 3 years of customer service experience (preferably in insurance or a similar field).
- A knack for multitasking and staying organized.
- Strong communication skills (you’ll be speaking with clients, team members, and agents on the regular).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and agency management software (or at least a willingness to learn).
- A sharp eye for detail and accuracy—you spot the little things that make a big difference.
- A Life Insurance License.
- Previous office management or supervisory experience.
- Familiarity with insurance products and services, including claims and underwriting.
- A problem-solving mindset—when things go sideways, you know how to turn them around.
- A love for working with a team and contributing to a positive work environment.
- Highly motivated and ready to take ownership of your role.
- Amazing interpersonal skills—you’re a people person through and through.
